TRAINING OF PANCHAYAT (1 TRAINING FOR 2 BLOCKS) :
2 trainings were conducted for Panchayat/Biodiversity Management Committee attended by Panchayat from all the 4 Blocks.
Facilitating sessions for panchayat representatives from all panchayats of the district to sensitize, suggest and supporting them by answering their questions related to various ways that should be adopted for water conservation. The focused module prepared for the Panchayat and Biodiversity
Management Committee (BMC) which had the following content :
· Roles and responsibilities of BMC in water conservation.
· Status of water bodies/ponds in the area and techniques to conserve them.
