GuruJal along with the Irrigation Department, Gurugram worked as the ‘Rain Center’ or ‘Jal Shakti Kendra’ on the grievance redressal for issues related to rainwater harvesting, waterlogging, etc. Complaints received were directed to concerned departments for necessary action and some were directly resolved by GuruJal. 600+ complaints were received at the ‘Rain Center’ (Jal Shakti Kendra) and more than 80% compliance was ensured.
