Workshop for students from TERI

On 21st October GuruJal Society organised 1 day workshop for the students studying in M.Sc. Water Science and Governance and M. Tech program in Water Resources Engineering and Management from TERI School of Advanced Studies including a session and field visit to pond with wastewater treatment plant.

The idea was to make the students familiar with the interventions taken to enhance the green infrastructure, thus promoting groundwater recharge. Post the session, students visited the Khentawas pond site and technical details about the WWTP were explained to the students. Apart from this, the students witnessed a few challenges around community and waste management.
