Like previous year, GuruJal is coordinating with Municipal Corporation Gurugram (MCG) to facilitate yet another plantation drive across the district of Gurugram. The drive was started from 4th March 2021 and will continue till 24th March 2021 in all four zones of the MCG jurisdiction. GuruJal and MCG team had done the reconnaissance survey of the area in the month of February 2021 to analyse the existing condition of the selected site area and resource availability.
The main objective of the drive is to utilize the existing plants available in nurseries of all 4 zones of MCG and to do the plantation in the common areas under MCG jurisdiction. GuruJal is in process of implementing various pilot techniques of the plantation at different sites.
